Saturday 18th January 2025 - Menopause with Louise Newton
On the 18th January 2025 at 11am we will be hosting a lovely session where we discuss the menopause process.  We will start with yoga at 8.30am-10am and follow with a nutritional, wholesome breakfast and the menopause talk will start at 11am
Our Guest speaker Louise Newton is an ashtanga yoga practitioner and has qualified in menstruality and menopause awareness with the Red School.
Louise will join us as we share information and experiences and also challenge the current narrative around this important stage of life.  Aspects we will touch on include
-What is happening to our bodies-Why the process seems challenging for some women-The stages of menopause, suggested timescale and how we know we are in the process-Hormonal patterns and shifts through the process-Opening up to changing the current narrative and looking at the menopause process through a different lens
We will then cover some techniques we can use to support our body and mind.  We will end with an open discussion.
Tickets are just £40 and this includes yoga, breakfast and the session with Louise.  Louise is kindly donating her time at the  talk as she feels so passionate about this subject.
