
Sloanes teacher Ellie practices Ashtanga yoga- This type of yoga follows a sequence of postures each time it is practiced, progressing through the series. Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga emphasises the linking of movement and breath and bandhas.
We currently welcome you to 2 classes each week:
-Tuesday 9.30am - 10.45am (Ashtanga, slow paced, great for beginners )
-Wednesday 6.15pm - 7.30pm (Ashtanga, level 1-2)
Price per practice is £15 and can be booked as a block or weekly. Practice is limited to 7 people.
